Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:
We offer shipping within Canada-wide shipping. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days although depending on certain conditions there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances and it is only a given range for most provinces (PO boxes tend to be in a longer time frame) . We’ll keep you updated if any delays occur. Also keep in mind that if any damages or issues occur with your product and is allowed for refund, the shipping is a STRICT non-refundable. Please note this before ordering.

Important Notice Regarding Liquid Shipments

Due to winter weather conditions, liquid items are at a higher risk of freezing and becoming damaged during transit. Most couriers do not provide coverage for liquid related damages, and as a result we are unable to offer refunds for liquid products affected in this way.

However, even though these incidents are outside of our control, we choose to take on the burden ourselves. When appropriate, we will offer reshipments or store credit as a gesture of appreciation for your support.

Fulfillment Notice:
Orders are usually fulfilled quickly and can ship as soon as the same day. In rare cases, due to courier strikes or severe weather, it may take up to 2 weeks. We do our best to protect your package during any delays. Always feel free to reach out to info@candyplanets.ca if you have questions. Replies can be expected within 1 to 5 business days.

Seasonal Weather Disclaimer:
Summer orders with chocolate or winter orders with beverages may be affected by temperature during transit. Melted or frozen items are not eligible for refunds or replacements as this is outside of our control.
